My Story

I am running the London Landmarks Half Marathon for the National Deaf Children's Society. For a child, every day should be an adventure with a chance to meet new friends and explore the world. But deaf children are missing out.

Bullied for being different. Let down by schools that do not support them. Too many deaf children grow up isolated and lonely.

• £10 could help NDCS provide a free resource guide for a family coming to terms with a hearing loss diagnosis.
• £25 could help fund their helpline, which provides life-changing advice to parents and young people.
